Custom Cuts & Special Orders
At Holiday Market, we know some of our customers are particular about their cuts. Our highly skilled butchers are happy to accommodate to your preferences! Whether you want an easy carve Prime Rib Roast cut thin or thick, we will make any cut happen for you.
Custom Cuts
To place a custom cut order, you may either call ahead and we will have it waiting for you upon pickup, or just let your butcher know at the counter! We look forward to serving you just the way you like.
Special Orders
For any specific meat items you are looking for, please give our Meat Department at least 24 hours. If you are looking for something exotic, or something very unique, give our team a full week to find it for you. You can always call 734-844-2200 and ask for Terry or Dan and they will be happy to give you all the information you need to place your order!
