Store Roasted
The Highest Quality
We bring in the highest quality green coffee beans from all over the world. Once they are delivered to our store, our café staff organizes them, blends different complimentary beans together, and then roasts them on site. We roast them at strict, very specific degrees of heat, depending on the bean or flavor we are producing. You will often find our baristas filling our roaster up with our fresh green beans, followed by the loud whizzing of the beans being roasted. We roast beans daily to make our fresh brews of the day, fill up our bean canisters, or roast upon request for the freshest coffee we can possibly give you. Each roast takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on the bean. Not sure what you want, what you like, or want to try something new? Talk to our café staff and they will ask a few questions to figure out the right bag of brew for you! Once you have your roasted beans, head over to our grinder, where we have 8 different ways of grinding your beans to best accommodate your taste preferences, at home coffee machines, and more. If you don’t have the time to wait, or choose not to wait to have your beans roasted and grinded, call and place an order ahead and our café will have your bag of coffee(s) waiting for you for pickup!
Our most popular coffees are our light roast Columbian Supremo, our medium roast Giri Plantation, and our dark roasts Sumata and French, however we sell a vast variety in single origins, blends, and flavors. Each flavor is created and mixed by our café’s manager, using the best flavor extracts on the planet. We also proudly sell top of the line brews from small micro lots that we have searched all over the world for.
The Micro Lot
These micro lots include:
Sumatra Mutu Batak
Organic Congo Idjwi
Ethiopian Gera
And Organic Bali Blue Moon, a rare and unique specialty coffee
Specialty Single Origin Beans
Our most sought after and frequently asked for single-origin beans, are those from Kona and Jamaica. The beans from these parts of the world are extremely hard to come by, as there is only a limited amount produced throughout the year. While we typically are able to get our hands on a small order once in a while, usually around the holidays, we are unable to sell it on a regular basis. It is also important to note that because of the high demand, these coffees are usually priced extremely high.
