Michigan Microbrews
Over the last decade, we’ve all become quite familiar with the term “Micro-Brew”. Micro brews and craft beers have captured the attention and taste buds of countless beer enthusiasts. Because micro-breweries produce such a lower quantity than the more traditional breweries, like Bud Light, quality in taste and texture is the primary focus of the micro-brew. For this reason, Micro-brews has grown tremendously in popularity, with new micro-breweries seeming to pop up every day. In 2018, the Brewer’s Association reported that there are over 300 Microbreweries in Michigan alone, and Holiday Market Canton is more than happy to be a part of the micro-brew culture.
We are proud to have such an incredible beer selection. Our beer aisle is home to over 40 Michigan breweries, including national favorites like Bell’s, Short’s, and Founder’s. In 2018, the American Homebrewers Association, voted Bell’s Brewery and Founders Brewing Co. as the best breweries in the United States in 2018. We also carry other popular brews like the alt-style Alaskan Amber, which scored a 91 in a blind taste test by BJCP judges for Craft Beer & Brewing Magazine.
