About Our Oven

Unique to Holiday Market Canton our imported, 35,000-pound WOOD-BURNING oven that took two weeks to assemble on-site. The oven was manufactured by Spain-based Antonio Farjas, and built by Farjas craftsmen brick by brick. Seasoned white oak keeps the oven perfectly fired day and night ready for the most succulent ingredients. Here two WORLD CLASS forces in culinary meet in an unprecedented union that could only be called the Wood Fired Bistro.
